WHAT DOES THE VIRTUAL AT-HOME BRAIN-BASED INTENSIVE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?1 - Comprehensive functional neurology assessment per Melillo Method TM protocols. It consists of 2- 3 virtual meetings with a child present. Assessment forms. Real-time instruction and demonstration of testing techniques per the MM testing procedure. An additional Interactive Metronome IM assessment is applicable to the virtual Neuro-Sensory-Motor and virtual Neurotiming programs only. If a child can't perform during a virtual assessment, a parent is guided on our virtual assessment session on how to test a child at home at a more convenient time. Later a parent shares the videos in a secure password protected mode with a provider. The videos are from each part of the assessment process. It may seem a bit complicated at the beginning, however after demonstrating each step on our virtual call, the assessment is easy.
2 - Gathering assessment data: - Melillo Method TM final exam findings which are completed by an instructor/supervisor/Melillo Method TM provider - Melillo Method TM assessment forms completed by a client which are provided upon registration: a new client intake form, a neurobehavioural hemisphere checklist, a primitive reflex checklist, a sensory motor systems checklist, a cognitive style checklist, a neuroacademic assessment checklist, any most recent school and psychological reports, if available, for baseline information 3 - Devising a home program to be delivered by a parent under our weekly supervision 4 - Program implementation virtual meeting 5 - Submitting weekly videos by a parent for feedback in our weekly online consults 6 - Regular weekly virtual 30 minute consults to support a parent with the program delivery 7 - Re-testing every 4 weeks on the monthly virtual consults. A parent receives a program follow-up form to fill out. Based on its findings we may do program re-adjustments 8 - Post- assessment in the last week of the virtual program and deciding on further steps. The IM assessment - applicable to the Melillo Method Intensive Brain TheraCamp TM and the IM Neurotiming programs.

1 - Assessment is required to start the Social Communication at-home program. Submit any most recent school and psychological reports, if available for baseline information
2 - Based on the assessment and baseline data, your provider devises a virtual at-home program with social communication goals and activity schedule to be delivered by a parent under weekly supervision 3 - Regular weekly virtual 30 minute parent consultation to train a parent in the naturalistic relationship development techniques to use with a child at home, per the program stages 4 - Parent shares weekly videos with the program activities in a secure password protected mode 4 - Step-by-step instructions for a parent 5 - Re-testing every 4 weeks during our virtual consults. A parent receives a program follow-up form to fill out. Based on its findings we may do program re-adjustments 6 - Post- assessment in the last week of the virtual program and deciding on further steps. WHAT DOES THE IN-PERSON SPECIAL EDUCATION INTENSIVE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?The intensive Special Education programs which are available in person in our Katowice, Poland location are: Social Skills Training, Early Intervention Social Communication Therapy, ABA Therapy and Toilet Training.
