Special Education Needs Supervision Service
Gabriela Hennigan has 25 years of teaching experience, including 7 years in Special Education. She is registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland as post-primary and SEN teacher. On top of that, Gabriela is an autism mom and she combines professional and personal experience in her practice.
She provides online mentoring and supervision to Parents, Special Needs Teachers, Special Needs Assistants and Therapists who do not have access to relevant specialists in their services.

OPTION 1:  
Monthly Supervision Plans
Monthly Plans are required for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. You can change between plans during that time with the agreement of your Education & Behaviour Consulting supervisor as needed.
This is necessary as you will be both working towards agreed goals to help you, with agreed timelines.
If you only require occasional ad-hoc help, please see Option 2.

a - Basic Supervision Plan
Suitable for new SNAs, SEN teachers, therapists who are less than 2 years working with learners/clients and who need either additional supervision and support to their on-site supervisor, or may be one of an increasing number of newly qualified professionals who need to work in isolation with qualified senior support.
This plan is for  SNAs, SEN teachers, therapists who are less than 2 years qualified and is designed to provide the supports where it may not be present.
Monthly Rate: €190
This is a regular monthly price which includes each month:

• 2 monthly 60 minute supervision sessions.
• Unlimited email queries
• 10 phone call follow ups

b- Intermediate Supervision Plan
Suitable for SEN teachers, SNAs, therapists who  have at least 2 years experience working with learners/clients. This may also be suitable for a Senior SEN teacher who has a lot of experience in one area, but who has moved role to a different caseload (e.g. experienced in learners with Down Syndrome, but who now has learners on the Autism Spectrum).

The SNAs, SEN teachers, therapists may, or may not be working in isolation, but wish to seek regular contact with a fellow professional to discuss their role.  Once competency is mutually agreed, a Senior SEN teacher, SNA, therapist may wish to move to the Senior Plan for continued supervision.

Monthly Rate: €150
This is a regular monthly price which includes each month:

• 1 monthly 60 minute supervision session
• Up to 10 email queries
• 5 phone call follow ups

c -​Senior SEN Teachers, SNAs, Therapist Supervision Plan
Suitable for experienced  SEN Teachers, SNAs or Therapists who are working in isolation and who may wish to seek occasional contact with a fellow professional to discuss cases where they may need additional expertise.
Monthly Rate: €120
This is a regular monthly price which includes each month:

• 1 monthly 60 minute supervision session
• Up to 3 email queries
• 1 phone call follow up.

OPTION 2:
All from Option 1  can also be obtained via a ‘Per Use’ Option, priced as follows:
60 minute mentoring – €150
Email case query – €20 per answer
Phone follow up –    €1  per minute.
