Part 6: Registration, Financial Terms & Home Timetable
- Academic Calendar: Running for 42 weeks from the end of August / September 7, 2026, until June 30, 2027.
- Holiday Schedule: Classes run through all midterm breaks and bank holidays. The only closures are December 24–26, January 1, and Easter Sunday & Monday.
- Provider Cancellation Policy: In the highly exceptional event that a class is cancelled by the provider, it will be fully covered with a guaranteed make-up session delivered in July 2027.
- Non-Refundable Contract: All registrations operate under a 100% non-refundable continuous contract.. You commit to a mandatory continuation until the end of the school year on June 30, 2027. There is no possibility to change your assigned module or class times.

- Track 2: Two-Installment Semester Plan:
- Payment 1 (Semester 1): €1,625.00 (Charged today at registration). Covers Term Window: 7 September 2026 to 31 January 2027 (Weeks 1 to 21). Includes the mandatory €160.00 automated intake gate and a split-payment premium. Secondary placement queueing applies.
- Payment 2 (Semester 2): €1,465.00 (Billed automatically via a mandatory Standing Order / card charge on 1 November 2026). Covers Term Window: 1 February 2027 to 30 June 2027 (Weeks 22 to 42). Includes a partial enrollment/split-payment premium. Note: Standing order setup is mandatory by November 1; standalone partial semester paths attract an additional €100 administrative surcharge.
- Note: The installment plan increases the total yearly cost to €3,090.00. Semester 1 registrations automatically convert into this full-year obligation contract upon registration.
