The webinars are delivered by 
Gabriela Hennigan, M.A, B.A., Ireland's only certified Melillo Method TM practitioner and a childhood neuro-developmental specialist registered with IAFNR (The Interdisciplinary Association of Functional Neurosciences and Rehabilitation) in the USA. She has special interest in the Functional Connectivity and Brain Asymmetry.

Gabriela is a certified Interactive Metronome provider, a reflex integration therapist, a social skills trainer, a behaviour therapist & a special education teacher registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland.

Gabriela has 10 year's experience in the area of special education and therapeutic interventions, which she acquired in the USA, Ireland and Poland. The organisations she has worked for are: Autism Research Institute, Integrative Therapies Centre for Autism, Ltd, Autism Education & Behaviour Consulting, Brain Integration Therapy & Consulting and Gabinet Terapii NeuroPlasticity.

The content of her training and in-person therapy she provides to the families with children and adults with neuro-developmental and neurological conditions, is based on Gabriela's personal and professional experience ​from work ​with the complex cases, and not only from the book.

What is NeuroPlasticity:
Structural and Functional 

​Structural neuroplasticity and functional neuroplasticity are two components of brain plasticity that work in tandem to support the brain's adaptability.
Structural neuroplasticity involves physical changes in the brain's structure, such as the growth of new neurons (neurogenesis), the formation of new connections between neurons (synaptogenesis), and the rewiring of existing connections (neuronal remodeling). These changes can occur in response to learning, experience, or environmental factors. Structural plasticity plays a vital role in shaping the brain's architecture and can occur over different timescales, from rapid changes observed during early development to more gradual changes throughout adulthood.
Functional neuroplasticity, on the other hand, refers to the brain's ability to adapt its functional organization and activity patterns in response to changes in input or demand. It involves the redistribution of tasks among different brain regions or the compensation for the loss or damage of specific brain areas. For example, if a certain brain region is injured, other areas may take over its functions. Functional plasticity can occur on a relatively faster timescale compared to structural plasticity and is closely tied to changes in neural circuitry and synaptic strength.
In summary, while structural neuroplasticity relates to physical changes in the brain's structure, functional neuroplasticity refers to the brain's capacity to reorganize its functional processes and adapt its activity patterns. Both forms of plasticity are crucial for learning, memory, recovery from injury, and overall brain adaptation throughout life.

What is a Fully Immersive Brain TheraCamp

Our Clients can register for the Brain TheraCamp in Dublin, Ireland or/and Katowice, Poland. If you register to attend our NeuroPlasticity office in Katowice, your Brain TheraCamp can be fully immersive. This means that you can access our local environmentally enriched amenities which promote faster neuroplastic changes created with the use of the Melillo Method, Interactive Metronome and Reflex Integration during your intensive therapy sessions in our office. 
You can access the following local amenities located within walking distance from our NeuroPlasticity office for free or for a small fee:
The free access to the amenities located in the Silesian Park, just across the street from our office - 3 large playgrounds, 3 outdoor gym facilities, the inhalatorium, the rosary garden, the Japanese sensory garden, barbeque and picnic areas, a small outdoor aqua park,  hiking, running and rollerskating trails, plenty of sitting and hammocking areas in the park and more

​To achieve the greatest and more rapid functional improvements in your child, we recommend the intensive in-person TheraCamps, which last from 5 to 18 days, with 10 up to 48 sessions per week. The TheraCamps provide the profound brain stimulation and very intensive intervention for all our clients, who are very young children, school aged children, adults and seniors.

The TheraCamps  are provided in our Brain Integration office in Dublin Ireland and NeuroPlasticity
​ and Hyperbarics office in Katowice, Poland.
